You must include a brief essay telling about yourself, and or your objectives, or about the person(s) whom you are looking for.
2. Your Confidential Information: Your Confidential Information include your official name, valid mailing address, email address, and telephone number(s). Your official name, valid email address, and home telephone number are required to complete your registration. Your mobile telephone number and valid mailing address are optional for registration process. However, you may be required to volunteer your mobile telephone number and mailing address for us to verify you when needed. Your Confidential Information is confidential and will not be disclosed in your Profile. We reserve the rights to request and to use your confidential information to contact you for verification, supports, administrative purposes regarding your profile and to send you our newsletters. Your confidential information will never be sold or disclosed or otherwise made available to third parties. We will only disclose your personal information if required by law.
3. Revelation of Your Information: We do not disclose your confidential information nor do we sell it or make it available to any third party. The Service makes use of the Internet to post and view information, therefore, your conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Any violation, if found, of these terms warrants immediate termination of service and other charges if applicable.
2. Disclaimer of Liability:
AnhYeu.Com is not liable to the users of its service or to its registered members for the content, quality, performance or any other aspect of information provided by its users and members and transmitted by this service, or is it responsible for any errors in the transmission of said information. AnhYeu.Com is not responsible for any damages to a person, arising in any manner out of the use of the Service. The users and members acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of this service.
3. Indemnification:
The user and/or member shall indemnify and hold harmless AnhYeu.Com, its officers and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the user's use of or participation in this service or the information contained thereon.
4. Profile Disclaimer:
AnhYeu.Com has posted all profiles without explicit knowledge about the people who submitted them. If you suspect a person of any wrongdoing, or wish to report him or her for a violation of our policy, please notify us using our online contact form.
5. E-mail:
AnhYeu.Com reserves the right to send registered users, including guest
members, electronic mail regarding its products and services. AnhYeu.Com
also forwards mail anonymously from other customers to users who have posted
profiles that are publicly visible on the site. You agree to accept such mail
and to attempt to resolve any questions or problems regarding any e-mail originating

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
The Service, Job Posting Service, Business Directory Service, Classifieds Service, and Contact Service are provided by AnhYeu.Com under the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement and any operating rules or policies. The Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you (the User or Member) and AnhYeu.Com and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein. By submitting and or searching the information using AnhYeu.Com web pages, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY the Agreement.
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
AnhYeu.Com is providing its Users/Members with the capability to create, post, search, and view personal information and business information and classified information via the World Wide Web on the AnhYeu.Com's websites for free. However, AnhYeu.Com may in the future charge a fee for the use of the Services.
IV. USER'S OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of AnhYeu.Com providing the Services, User/Member agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, and current information about User/Member and or User's/Member's business as prompted by the Services, and (b) maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. AnhYeu.Com reserves the right to terminate User's/Member's submitted information and refuse any and/or all current or future use of the Services.
V. USE OF THE SERVICES
The use of the Services is provided for free by AnhYeu.Com. However, AnhYeu.Com reserve the rights to refuse, discontinue, or terminate the use of the Services at any time.
VI. THE AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICES
1. The Agreement.
AnhYeu.Com may change the Agreement from time to time without prior notices. Users/Members are responsible to keep themselves updated with any changes to the Agreement. By using the Services provided by AnhYeu.Com, User/Member agrees to be bound by the modifications to the Agreement.
2. The Services.

VII. USER'S CONDUCT

User/Member agrees not to transmit through the Services any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. User/Member agrees not to transmit "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of email. User/Member agrees not to impersonate any other person. User/Member agrees not to transmit any material that violates the rights of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another. User/Member agrees not to transmit any material that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. User/Member agrees not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
The Services make use of the Internet to post and view information, therefore, User's/Member's conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. User/Member agrees not to submit junk messages, nude pictures, spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass distribution of email.
2. Content Limitations.
User/Member agrees to refrain from using the Services (or any of them) for any or all of the following activities: (a) displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material; (b) providing expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity; (c) promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals; (d) defaming any person or group.
3. Termination for Failure to Conform.
AnhYeu.Com may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate Services to User/Member should User's/Member's conduct fail to conform and comply with these terms and conditions of the Agreement.
VIII. INDEMNITY
User/Member agrees to indemnify and hold AnhYeu.Com and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's/Member's use of the Services, User's/Member's violation of the Agreement, or violation by User/Member.
IX. TERMINATION
User/Member agrees that AnhYeu.Com may terminate User's/Member's password, account, or use of the Services if AnhYeu.Com believes (a) that User/Member has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Agreement, or (b) that User/Member is found to has given false information about his/her personal or business information in his/her posting or account, or (c) that User/Member has violated the rights of AnhYeu.Com.
User/Member acknowledges and agrees that any termination of service under the Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledges and agrees that AnhYeu.Com may immediately delete the information submitted by User/Member.
X.CLASSIFIEDS, ADVERSTIMENTS, AND LINKS
The Services provides User/Member the capacity to include links to other web sites, web pages, or other resources in User's/Member's personal classifieds or business information. User/Member acknowledges and agrees that AnhYeu.Com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. User/Member agrees that AnhYeu.Com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such information, content, goods or services available on such User's/Member's business websites, external sites, or resources.
XI. DISCLAIMER OF SERVICES
AnhYeu.Com provides listing and searching services that display, or link to, other businesses' information, graphics, and websites for free. AnhYeu.Com explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of any information located in any listing using AnhYeu.Com listing and searching services.
XII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
AnhYeu.Com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Services.
User/Member understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or obtained through the use of or from the Services is done at User's/Member's own discretion and risk and that User/Member will be solely responsible for any damage to User's/Member's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.
AnhYeu.Com makes no warranty regarding any goods, or services purchased or obtained through or from the Services or any transactions entered into through the Services.
XIII. SPECIAL CLEARANCE FOR UNDER-18 USERS
ATTENTION: if you are under the age of 18 years, you must get permission from at least one of your parents or guardian before you do any the following on or through the Services provided by AnhYeu.Com: (1) view any classifieds or business information that listed on AnhYeu.Com's web pages; (2) post your personal or business information on AnhYeu.Com's web pages; (3) search other business information through AnhYeu.Com's search service; (4) view other businesses' websites that linked to AnhYeu.Com's web pages.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS.
